Introduction

In this impactful 4-module course, explore what makes you tick. Delve into the realms of human psychology and neuroscience, and empower yourself to regain control not only of your work but also your wider life.

By participating in the programme you’ll uncover limiting habits that affect your relationships and performance. We’ll show you how to break free from these habits, enabling you to make conscious choices for greater well-being and performance.

What you will learn

Module 1: PRINT® Discovery

We embark on this journey of self-discovery by introducing you to your PRINT®. A powerful tool to help illuminate what drives your habits and behaviour. You’ll discover who you are at your best, and what gets in the way!

Module 2: Navigating emotions

We’ll introduce you to a little neuroscience and share how your behaviour is influenced by your emotional brain. We’ll guide you deeper to reveal the root source of potential stress and overwhelm.

With greater emotional awareness you’ll learn how to respond rather than react to people and your environment. You’ll experience practical breathing techniques to help regulate your nervous system.

Module 3: Breaking limiting habits

Understand the psychology that drives self-doubt and limiting habits in your work and wider life. We’ll share a practical approach to help you recognise what limits you in day-to-day life.

With this new awareness, you’ll develop the ability to navigate your life with greater confidence and become more effective in leading yourself and others.

Module 4: Recognise your potential

We’ll share a practice that enables you to excel at your best. We’ll guide you to maintain your optimal state in challenging and high-pressure situations.

Define who you want to be and unlock the key to greater balance and effectiveness in all that you do.

How much time do I need?

Each module is 6 hours on Zoom.

These sessions are highly interactive and we allow plenty of time for screen breaks to make the online experience enjoyable and engaging.

We recommend you allow up to 30 minutes per week for reflection between modules and to apply the practices we’ll share.

Each module will include a blend of information sharing, group discussions, and practical activities. You’ll be invited to bring personal experiences with you to bring your learning to life.
